ANNEALING FURNACE Ohio Star's forge normalizing process and roller hearth, spheroidize annealing furnance provides our customers with their heat treatment needs all within the same facility. Having these heat treatment capabilities in house allows us to maintain control of the heat treating process, reduces transportation costs and offers a more responsive environment to meet the delivery requirements of our customers. Ohio Star's annealing furnace provides the grain structure to facilitate machining, by changing the geometric shape of the cemented carbides in high carbon materials.
