Ohio Star Forge utilizes state-of-the-art PLC controls and monitoring equipment to maintain accurate equipment operation. In addition, Ohio Star Forge utilizes Daido Steel's complete metallurgical laboratory facility in Chita, Japan to perform complete failure analysis, including but not limited to scanning electron microscopy, spectrographic chemical analysis and contact fatigue testing.
