Ohio Star Forge uses Hatebur forging equipment
for the primary forging of pieces for bearing, automotive and fastener industries. Raw forgings are annealed in our roller hearth annealing furnance and shot blast to meet the customer's specifications. Each forging is inspected using in-line, non-contact dimensional gauging and weight inspection. Then parts are visually audited or sorted by a team of quality inspectors prior to shipment.

cold roll forming machines to meet specific customer requirements.
